1. The Brand

Shredding Sassy is a lifestyle brand rooted in action sports, collectibility, and community. We sell hats, pins, and limited-edition gear made for expression and designed to collect.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options offered at checkout.

  • Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. That’s your receipt—hang on to it.

3. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide (unless stated otherwise).

  • Orders are processed as fast as possible—most ship out within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping times vary depending on where you live.

  • Once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We’re not responsible for delays, customs, or lost/stolen packages.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final on limited drops and collectibles (pins, mystery packs, etc).

  • Apparel and accessories may be eligible for return/exchange within 14 days of delivery—only if unworn and in original condition.

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • Reach out to support@shreddingsassy.com before sending anything back.

5. NFTs, Collectibles & Digital Access

  • NFTs tied to Shredding Sassy are digital collectibles and may unlock perks or access.

  • Ownership of an NFT doesn’t grant IP rights, brand ownership, or commercial usage rights unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update digital access benefits at any time.

6. Promo Codes & Discounts

  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout—no retroactive application.

  • Discounts can’t be stacked unless we say otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or deny use of any promo codes that violate fair usage.

7. Content & IP

All content, logos, artwork, and product designs on this site are owned by Shredding Sassy and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Don’t steal our stuff. If you want to use it for something, ask first.

8. Community Standards

We’re here for the culture. Hate, discrimination, or toxic behavior is not welcome—on our site, in our comments, or anywhere in the orbit of Shredding Sassy.
