Jack Birch is living the dream in Salzburg, Austria, where he's the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Red Bull Athlete Performance Center. With a career that’s taken him from Head of S&C for GB Ski & Snowboard to working with world-class athletes in surfing, skateboarding, mountain biking, and even rally drivers, Jack’s got more than a few top-tier highlights. He’s helped athletes land Olympic podiums, World Championship titles, and a few unforgettable moments in football, including guiding West Ham to their highest Premier League finish (7th, no big deal).

When he’s not training the world’s best, Jack’s either surfing, skating, or blasting electronic beats as a DJ—mostly Afro/tribal vibes, of course. Whether it’s breaking a sweat in the gym or at the turntables, Jack’s all about balancing hard work with having a good time.
